(b.1993) is an artist living in Johannesburg.
Graskie has been a professional artist since
2016. a line, a thread, a conversation
marks the final exhibition of her MA in Visual
Arts at the University of Johannesburg.
Graskie has most recently taken part in the
1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair London
in 2022, where she hosted Drawing Sessions.
She has also had a solo space at the Turbine
Art Fair in 2018, where she exhibited her
interactive textile artwork The Sorrows. In
2019, she took part in the London Summer
Intensive at the Slade School of Art, which
featured a group show at Camden Arts
Centre, London. She has also taken part in
artist residencies in Guernsey and Poland.
She has had solo exhibitions at AVA Gallery
in Cape Town and the Baltic Centre for
Contemporary Art in Slupsk, Poland.
Her recent group exhibitions include THE
LIMINAL SPACE and WORKS ON PAPER
at Berman Contemporary; An Im/perfect
Balance at Ayanda Fine Art in Düsseldorf,
Germany; and Making and Interpreting Art,
hosted by the South African Research Chair.
